Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - DVD not much help
I like the k-bell....but the dvd was pretty worthless...not what I was hoping for....live and learn.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Pleased
I first saw the Kettlebell workout in my Fitness magazine. I was eager to try it! I received my order yesterday & tried it this morning. I was dissapointed with the DVD. I thought it was going to be an actual workout. It is not. It is just a description of how to do each exercise. I ordered the 3 workout DVD's today. I wish I would have ordered them the first time. I have been doing crossfit and kettlebells for over a year, and they are the best....That being said, my wife wanted to try them and she lives this...

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great way to start kettlebells
I have lifted weights for several years; but a recent article in FITNESS magazine made me curious to try kettlebells. Not knowing anything about them, I went to Amazon and ordered the 10# with dvd,and the booklet. I am now using a 15# kettlebell, on my own. I highly recommend the GoFit kettlebell & dvd. You really need to learn the moves and correct form, but kettlebells are one heck of a workout. I dont use resistance bands, or dumbbells much anymore. I am 56, am losing body fat, and overall I feel ... Read More

I wasn't sure if I should start with the 10 lb or go with the 15 lb. I'm glad I started with the 10 lb. I'm 39. I do not have alot of experience with free weights. I use my treadmill 2-3 times a week & try to do my pilates when I can. The 10 lb for me is the perfect weight. I couldn't imagine being able to do some of the moves, especially the ones where you lift it above your head with one hand using the 15 pounder. Any heavier & you risk hurting yourself. Some websites suggest most woman can start ... Read More
