- Great workoutI use this system all of the time. It has helped me tone and it is easy to take with me when I travel. If there was a problem with the D rings it must have been taken care of. Everything works great!

- Great product...I have had this product now for 3 months and I love it. I feel a definate difference in myself since using it. The excercise poster that is included in the product is excellent. Very helpful!! In regards to the customer posting about the D ring on the cuffs, I had the same problem. I contacted the company at 800-704-5561 and they got me out a replacement right away. Not a problem! I highly recommend this product.

- DON'T BUY THIS!Don't waste your money! A design flaw makes this kit virtually unusable. Half of the exercises require that you thread the plastic clips (attached to the bands) through metal D-rings (attached to the ankle straps). Unfortunately, the clips are too large to go through the D-rings, so the ankle straps can't be used.
