When I got this weight bench the box had two big holes in it. A part fell out but the dude driving the truck got it. The PHC 2000 is a very good weight bench, it is very sturdy,and is made good. I really like the preacher curl attachment. It came in eleven days after I ordered it. It is a very good buy for only 200 bucks. I like the two year warranty. It took me about 3 and a half hours to put it together by myself. It would take much less time if two people put it together. Overall , it's great! ... Read More

i ordered this bench and the box it came in was completely trashed, almost every piece was scratched(30% quite heavily), the ones i got.....i have almost the entire bench but a side weight plate holder is missing...not the biggest deal... im sure it was in the box at one time, if you get the bench and its not messed up by shipping its a great buy
