- Clearly Made for MenI recently ordered the Valeo ankle weights and was disappointed when I realized that these weights were clearly made for men (or women with 20 inch ankles). The box clearly shows a man using the weights, yet the product description does not provide sufficient detail.

- Awesome ankle wrist weightsThese are so versitile that you have alot of use for them. You can adjust the weights to the weight you can tollerate, and build yourself up. I would recommend these to anyone.

- pretty goodgood for workouts, but not for walking and running in, you may need to buy something with the same weight, but a lot smaller.

- Great WeightsOf course they're heavy--they're weights! That's what you bought them for. I am the skinniest person you've ever met, and they fit pretty well. Sure, they might slip a tiny bit as you move, but you can adjust them much more easily than other brands' weights. The off-brand weights I use at physical therapy slip from my ankles to my knees. These Valeo weights that I use at home slip maybe an inch. The velcro holds very well and makes them easy to take on and off. They're a good bargain, too.
